The ITCD Process continues these last ten days and I have been involved in some very interesting and innovative dialogue meetings on ICT, Education, Change Management, Facilities Management and Design and Construction with all the three Bid Teams.

The transformational agenda has been a continued theme within all these discussions and the challenges, opportunities and rewards that this will bring has been at the forefront of these proactive and enjoyable dialogue sessions.

Next week sees a return to the next in a series of 3 hour Design and Construction dialogue meetings in both the sample schools for all the three Bid teams. This will be a further opportunity for the two Principals, School Engagement Teams and pupils of Brumby Engineering College and Melior Community College and key BSF Team Members to engage on the progression of the Design Process with each Bid Team. I feel confident that this will prove to be a successful experience for all participants as collaboratively they travel along the design engagement process.

Looking forward, next week sees the introduction of my third Guest Blogger, Senior BSF Team Member, John Galbraith, BSF Co-ordintor.
