Draft Artist Impressions
Welcome to the BSF Blog, which will keep you informed of the current and future progress of the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Strategy over the coming years. To start off with we will have an overview of the current draft artist impressions of the building program.
Below are the draft artist impressions of Scunthorpe's remodelled and redesigned BSF schools.
The new school pictures are also available on the council's website at www.northlincs.gov.uk/bsf.
The images are working documents. BSF is an evolving project and these plans will be developed as the programme progresses.
These latest images follow new design criteria for inspirational buildings. Open spaces, glass walls and vibrant colours will match the enthusiasm and potential of the pupils and staff they serve. The architectural designs will support individual schools specialist strengths and hopefully will inspire all pupils to achieve their potential.
The draft pictures are the first visual images of the new BSF schools. They are artist impressions for how the new schools may look. North Lincolnshire and its young people are entering an exciting time. By working together with pupils, parents, teachers and local residents the council will build schools that young people deserve.

Launching the Blog!
I feel very privileged and excited to be launching the new BSF blog which will enable the BSF Team to keep the North Lincolnshire Community up to date of the progress of the BSF Strategy.
BSF will transform the way young people learn and the council's BSF team and I believe that keeping local people informed is very important. We want you to know what's going on, why and how it's happening and when you will see the outcomes. The BSF blog hopefully will provide one opportunity for this and also enable you to comment on some of the issues too.
There is so much to say about BSF and as the project grows so will this BSF Blog. I'm looking forward to sharing our BSF story as it happens.
Regards
Kevin
